iodine à¹à¸¥à¹‰à¸§à¸—า
Triamcinolone acetonide 10 mg/1ml with lidocaine 10 mg/1ml,
1:1 (2ml for injection)
Method: standard palmar injection technique
Intervention was done by resident 2-
undervision orthopaedic hand specialist
,MCP joint blocking splint 0 degree.
Only at night,
10pm-
6am,
for 6 wks due to inflammatory phase and reparative phase of soft tissue is 6 wks.
Record frequency of splint usage on logbook (provided) and calculated for compliance.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary idiopathic trigger finger, isolated finger involved 2.Green’s grade 1,2 and 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Symptom> 6 months due to remodeling or fibrocartilaginous metaplasia already presented 2.Mutiple trigger digit 3.Trigger thumb 4.Finger flexion contracture (Green grade 4) 5.History of injection or surgery on the trigger digit 6.Allergy to steroid 7.Pathologic trigger finger (Diabetes mellitus, Dupuytren’s contracture, Mucopolysaccharidosis, Amyloidosis) 8.Pregnancy
