Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary idiopathic trigger finger, isolated finger involved 2.Green’s grade 1,2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Symptom> 6 months due to remodeling or fibrocartilaginous metaplasia already presented 2.Mutiple trigger digit 3.Trigger thumb 4.Finger flexion contracture (Green grade 4) 5.History of injection or surgery on the trigger digit 6.Allergy to steroid 7.Pathologic trigger finger (Diabetes mellitus, Dupuytren’s contracture, Mucopolysaccharidosis, Amyloidosis) 8.Pregnancy
