Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosed as cerebral palsy with spastic diplegia type - Age 4-16 years - Walk in barefeet with true equinus and jump gait pattern (ankle more than 90 degree during stance phase) according to Rodda’s classification - Use HAFO or SAFO daily with more than 6 hours per day for at least 6 months - Passively move ankle in dorsiflexion at least to 90 degree with knee extended - Able to walk without walking aids at least 5 meters - Classified into levels I, II, III based on GMFCS - Respond to visual and hearing stimuli - Understand simple instructions (stand still, go, and stop)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Have surgical intervention in the previous 12 months - Have botulism toxin A injections in the previous 6 months - Knee and hip flexion contracture more than 15 degree - Limb length discrepancy >2.5 centimeters - Have a history of migration or dislocation of the hip from medical record - Have a history of serious accident causing bone fracture or dislocation
