Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm infant with birth weight 1100-1800 grams Age less than 7 days Stay in an infant incubator or on radiant warmer breast fed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having congenital skin disease or skin infection Have contraindication for breast feeding Formula fed only
