50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age at least 50 years Patient was diagnosed as primary osteoarthritis from ACR guideline Patient can be unilateral or bilateral knee pain Patients have radiologic evidence of OA knee follow Kelgren and Lawrence Freely individual mobility Can communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary or tertiary osteoarthritis knee Hsitory of hip or ankle surgery History of using physical modality such as Ultrasound, ESWT or TENs in last 6 month History of steroid injection in last 6 month Allergic to Paracetamol
