Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age over 40 years old 2. Spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesis patients 1-2 levels 3. Having indication for split laminectomy 4. The patients were informed and agree to participate in the research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior lumbar spine surgery 2.History of lumbar spine infection 3.Need adding instrumentation
