Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single pregnant woman with certain gestational age between 34-36+6 week. 2. Preterm labor. 3. No intrauterine growth restriction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously recieve glucocorticoid 2. Cervical dilatation morethan 8 cm. 3. Fetal abnormality and congenital anormally. 4. Labor after GA 37 wk. 5. Pregnant woman with uncontrolled infection. 6. deny to join in the study.
