Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective case for surgery undergo to general anesthesia and receive non - depolarizing muscle relaxant 2. ASA I-II 3. Age 18-65 year-old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. underlying disease: Hypertension, hyperthyroidism, arrhythmia 2. Pregnancy 3. BMI>30
