Normal subjects with aged 18 years or over. No history of any previous ocular injury or surgery,
any ocular diseases except senile cataract and any systemic conditions that may affect the eyes.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - normal Thai volunteers age > 18 years - no eye diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -volunteers with eye diseases, eye injury and previous ocular surgery -volunteers with systemic diseased which may affect the eyes such as diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
