Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >/= 18 years old Chronic hepatitis C infection Direct antiviral agent therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hepatitis B coinfection HIV coinfection Other known etiology of liver disease e.g. alcoholism&#44; autoimmune hepatitis&#44; biliary cirrhosis&#44; congestive hepatopathy&#44; congenital or hereditary liver disease&#44; infiltrative liver disease Decompensated cirrhosis Hepatocellular carcinoma Immunosuppressive agent used Renin inhibitor&#44; angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor&#44; angiotensin receptor blocker&#44; or aldosterone antagonist used Diuretic agent used Oral contraceptive therapy Renin secreting tumor Renal hypertension or malignant hypertension (BP > 220/120 mmHg) Chronic kidney disease&#44; eGFR < 60 ml/min/m2 Incomplete treatment Who dose not achieve sustained virologic response
