18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient undergoing knee or ankle arthroscopic surgery under spinal block at department of orthopaedic, Ramathibodi Hospital 2) BMI 17-30 kg/m2 3) ASA physical status 1-3 4) Age 18-70 5) Last oral intake > 6 hours ( 2 hours for water) 6) Consent form acquired

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient who are contraindicated for spinal block 2) Anesthesia level > T4 or 37.5 or 140/90 mmHg (repeat after rest 5 minutes) 7) Patient refusal
