Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) presenting to hospital with retrosternal chest pain > 20 minnutes, (b) having ST segment elevation > 1 mm in 2 consecutive leads on EKG, (c) being at least 20 years-old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)creatinine level > 2 mg/mL b)patients who received thrombolytic therapy before admission
