Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: spinal cord injured patients age > 18 years old diagnosis overactive bladder from previous urodynamic study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lower motor neuron lesio No Bulbocavernosus reflex Current urinary tract infection Previous botulinum toxin at detrusor muscle on pacemaker Current wound or infrction at nerve stimulation sites Pregnancy
