Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting for left anterior descending artery revascularization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery 2.Ejection Fraction < 0.5 3.Combined cardiac&#45;associated operative procedure 4.LITA diameter < 1.5 mm
