this group will be instructed usual physical therapy once daily by physical therapist &#44
consisted of deep breathing exercise 10 times during awake hourly&#44
cough technique&#44
active exercise of both UEs and LEs (painless activity) &#44
mobility and ambulation training started with sitting on bed/ out of bed on the 1st postoperative day to standing and walking on the next days. The study group will be additionally trained and enco

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age equal or more than 18 years old 2. hospital admission for elective CABG surgery 3. eligible to communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. endotracheal intubation period during post operation more than 36 hours 2. re intubation during post operation period due to post operative complication 3. hemodynamic instability 4. unable to perform test for maximal inspiratory pressure due to post operative complication ,worsening symptoms of the disease, etc.
