Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18-65 years 2.Chronic non-cancer pain patients in OPD of Ramathibodi Pain Clinic. 3.pain more than 3 months 4.use and well understand Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who cannot follow up as protocol 2.patients who withhold to participate in this study
