Age
18 Months to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 18 months to 6 years, congenital heart disease, all 4 upper anterior teeth fully erupted, caries in dentine layer of at least 1 primary tooth and must involved upper anterior tooth, parent consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe heart defects, unable to cooperate during examination, recieved topical fluoride application within 3 months prior to examination,

Caries arresting status 3 months, 6 months and 1 year clinical examination ; vistual, tactile, color change

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
salivary bacteria colony forming unit count 30 minutes 2 weeks 3 months and 6 months colony forming unit count
