Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective diagnosis case of lumbar spinal stenosis Inform consent Age 18-70 years ASA class 1-3 Understanding how to use PCA machine for control pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to dexamethasone Morphine or derivative of morphine use Previous lumbar spine surgery Chronic renal or liver failure Pregnancy or lactation Blood sugar level morethan 250 mg/dL in Diabetes patients Immunosuppressant patient External steroid use
