Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients will require intrusion of the maxillary posterior teeth as part of anterior open bite treatment by checking the posterior dento-alveolar height from the cephalometric x-rays. 2. Long-face pattern with anterior open bite not less than 3 mm. 3. Age will range from 13 to 19 years. 4. Healthy young patients. 5. No pervious orthodontic treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of periodontal or gingival problems at the beginning of orthodontic treatment. 2. Any Medical problems
