Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: young men age between 20-22 years healthy no past/present diagnosis of neurological illness consume same basic diet for 8 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: on prescription of vitamin and herbal supplement consumption of fish > twice/month or currently on fish oil supplementation Hypersensitivity to fish/egg
