Standard anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with PEEK cage and cervical plate and screw fixation were done.
Bone graft was placed anterior to vertebral body with well-
prepared bed.

15 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient Age 15-65 year-old. 2. Diagnosis: cervical spondylosis radiculopathy, cervical spondylosis myelopathy, cervical disc herniation 3. Plan to operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior cervical spine surgery 2.History of cervical spine infection 3.Currently using corticosteroid or immunosuppressive drugs 4.Does not want to be enrolled in a research study
