Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age > 35 years old -Adhesive capsulitis , according to Codman criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Massive or complete rotator cuff tear, calcific tendinitis, arthritis by shoulder US diagnosis and/or shoulder MRI -Previous Hx of trauma at shoulder -Poor controlled Diabetic (HbA1c>7%) -Hemiparesis due to cerebrovascular accident -Neuromuscular disease ( brachial plexus injury, myopathy etc.) -Chronic arthritis (OA, RA) -Previous shoulder surgery
