Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with new diagnosis as carpal tunnel syndrome by clinical diagnosis criteria at Thammasat University Hospital. 2. Mild to moderate degree of CTS by electrodiagnostic criteria 3. 18-60 years old patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Carpal tunnel release or steroid injection 2. Supplement with omega-3 fatty acid within the last 3 months 3. Underlying diseases: bleeding tendency, diabetes mellitusand cervical radiculopathy 4. Take blood-thinning medications including warfarin (Coumadin), clopidogrel (Plavix), or aspirin 5. Allergy to fish oil and seafood 6. Pregnancy
