Diaphragm ultrasound will be performed at the zone of apposition of right hemithorax. End-
inspiratory thickness of the diaphargm and diaphragm excursion will be measured during tidal breathing and maximum effort to quantify diaphragm contractile activity and diaphragm function,

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >/= 18 years old 2. Ready to be wean as follows - FiO2 200 - Respiratory rate < 30/min - Stable hemodynamic - Conscious and cooperative 3. Willing to participate the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of diaphragm paralysis 2. Underlying neuromuscular disorder 3. Alteration of consciousness with Glasgow Coma Scale </= 8
