Diaphragm ultrasound will be performed at the zone of apposition of right hemithorax. End&#45
inspiratory thickness of the diaphargm and diaphragm excursion will be measured during tidal breathing and maximum effort to quantify diaphragm contractile activity and diaphragm function&#44

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >/= 18 years old 2. Ready to be wean as follows &#45; FiO2 200 &#45; Respiratory rate < 30/min &#45; Stable hemodynamic &#45; Conscious and cooperative 3. Willing to participate the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of diaphragm paralysis 2. Underlying neuromuscular disorder 3. Alteration of consciousness with Glasgow Coma Scale </= 8
