Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnancy who have Gestational age 24 0/7 to 36 6/7 weeks ,corrected by accurated Last menstrual period or ultrasound in first trimester that were diagnosed for threatened preterm labor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy in active phase of labor (cervical dilatation over 3cm or have premature rupture of membrane Pregnancy who have cervical insufficiency (diagnosed by history of pregnancy loss in second trimester or early third trimester over 1 time
