Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diabetic peripheral neuropathy with loss of feeling in the foot body mass index (BMI) equal to 18-30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: stroke hepatic failure or renal failure/ dialysis angina embolism cardiac arrhythmia having previous bypass surgery/angioplasty having foot/leg amputation having a current/previous foot ulceration having reduced palpable of dorsalis pedis and tibialis posterior artery participating in regular weight bearing exercise such as walking, running or foot exercise.
