after typed the computer for 90 minutes&#44
stretching 5 positions of an innovative exercise (dynamic stretching+deep&#45
slow breath+medition+close the eyes) will be performed,after typed the computer for 90 minutes&#44
stretching 5 positions of conventional exercise (static stretching for 30 seconds without eyes closed) will be performed,after typed on the computer for 90 minutes&#44
participants will rest for 20 minutes

20 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female healthy participants with aged 20-25 years and normal body mass index (BMI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: present pain above 3/10 of VAS, present sign and symptom of neurological and spine problem of the neck

muscle function the immediate effect at rest after intervention use the surface Electromyography (sEMG) to assess on the upper Trapezius muscle,visual pain the immediate effect after intervention used the visual analog scale (VAS),muscle tension the immediate effect after intervention applied the VAS for measuring the feeling of muscle tension

relaxation state the immediate effect at rest after intervention place the electrode at lead II of ECG to measure heart rate variability (HRV),cervicle range of movement (CROM) the immediate effect after intervention use the CROM device to measure neck movement
