What is sensitivity and specificity of spraying of methylene blue intra&#45

Interventions

Used 0.1% methylene blue 1 ml spray during intra&#45
operative thyroidectomy.Parathyroid gland will metabolized methylene blue and regain to its own color within less than 5 minute (faster than other perithyroidal softissue).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who on going to thyroid lobectomy 2.Age >= 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who used to undergo thyroid surgery 2.Patient who allergy to methylene blue 3.Pregnancy 4.Patient who on going to endoscopic thyroid surgery 5.Patient who on MAOIs such as tranylcypromine, isocarboxazid , phenelzine or on medical that has similar pharmacological effect such as furazolidone, isoniazid, procarbazine, linezolid 6.G6PD deficiency
