Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age 20-70 years old - The patient who has MGD grade 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cicatricial eyelids and conjunctival disease 2. Recent trauma or corneal lesion 3. Meibomian disease; seborrhea/ sicca 4. Following and eye or peri-ocular surface surgery 5. Currently use of facial topical antibiotics 6. Allergy to cosmetics or any composition of cosmetics 7. Allergy to baby shampoo or any composition of shampoo 8. Unable to use microwave (350 Watts) at home 9. Unable to understand and sign the consent form 10. Unable to follow the scheduled visit
