Interventions
Patients with acute hip fracture were recruited. The inclusion criteria are patients aged older than 60 who underwent hip surgery after acute hip fracture. Every participant need follow-
up at least 1 month for postoperative assessments. Patients were excluded if they had serum creatinine >2.0 mg/dl,
died before surgery,
received neuropeptides therapy,
had severe dementia or uncooperative for assessments
