Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Stenosis tenosynovitis (trigger finger or trigger thumb) onset more than 4 months 2.Failed conservative treeatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age <20 years old 2.Rheumatoid arthritis 3.History of A1 release procedure 4.Pregnancy 5.Bleeding tendency
