Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women who attented antenatal care at MSMC repeated blood test during second trimester at least 8 weeks after 1st test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: twin pregnancy had underlying hematologic disease blood transfusion during pregnancy
