0 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with COPD and post&#45;bronchodilator FEV1/FVC < 0.7 2. FEV1 is not less than 30% of normal predicted 3. Age not more than 80 years old 4. Good apperception&#44; communicable&#44; and able to writing and reading in Thai 5. Not being in any programs of exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having any conditions that can be danger to the walking for exercise as following: &#45; Acute myocardial infarction within 3 months &#45; Heart failure &#45; Cardiac arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation&#44; frequent PVC&#39;s&#44; etc. &#45; Heart rate is more than 120 BPM or less than 50 BPM &#45; Systolic blood pressure is more than 180 mmHg or less than 90 mmHg &#45; Muscle weakness at arms and legs&#44; or having a problem of settled &#45; Bone or joint diseases that obstacle to exercise 2. Too much of dyspnea even be in resting&#44; mMRC score is 4
