Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person who has chronic kidney disease stage 3-4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.person who has chronic kidney disease from lupus nephritis, obstructive uropathy, autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, Alport's syndrome and renal cell carcinoma 2.person who has a clinical diagnosis of glomerulonephritis such as microscopic hematuria, proteinuria more than 3.5 gram per day. 3.person who has extreme body habitus as indicated by body mass index more than 40 kg/m2 or less than 18 kg/m2. 4.person who is pregnant 5.person who has limb amputation, limb paralysis. 6.person who is kidney donor or has single kidney 7.person who has HIV infection 8.person who has any kind of cancer 9.person who has connective tissue disease.
