Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-no history verified infection Allergic diseases Or taking medication for allergic diseases 2-No history verified suffering from diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, renal and hepatic disease,Anemia,Coagulation disorders and mental illness 3-No history verified developing skin diseases that suggest the involvement of the immune system, such as lupus .... 4-No history of malignant disease confirmed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Catching symptomatic acute infectious diseases, including colds, flu and ... (During the study period, if participants become acute infectious disease research comes out)
