Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
neonatal hematocrit at 48-72 hour (%) at 48-72 hour afterbirth Hematocrit was measured in an “ad hoc” graded scale provided by the centrifuge manufacturer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
mean bloodloss from normal labor after newborn birth totally blood loss from normal labor (millilitre),third stage of labor time time for placental deliver time for placental deliver (minute),prolong third stage of labor time for placental deliver define as third stge time >30 minute, microbillirubin 48-72 hour after birth Bilirubin was measured following the Malloy and Evelyn technique.,neonatal anemia 48-72 hour after birth hematocrit of newborn less than 45,Hematocrit was measured in an “ad hoc” graded scale ,neonatal jaundice 48-72 hour after birth Bilirubin was measured following the Malloy and Evelyn technique.,neonatal polycythemia 48-72 hour after birth Hematocrit was measured in an “ad hoc” graded scale provided by the centrifuge manufacturer.
