Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65 yr. ASA classification 1-3 The patient who have elective surgery by general anesthesia with OET.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 65 years Aspiration risk Predicted or history of previous difficult intubation BMI > 35 kg/m2 Edentulous Unwillingness to participate in this study.
