Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke patient Age 18 years old and over Hemiplegia or hemiparesis Onset 1-6 months Brunnstrom stage of hand and arm 1-3 Good consciousness Stable vital signs and neuro signs Be able to sit for 30 min. Not involve in other study of hand rehabilitation Consent to participate the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous stroke Severe perception deficit Severe aphasia Thai Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (TMSE) less than 24 points Moderate to severe depression Contraindicated to tDCS eg. active blleding in brain, scalp wound on stimulation site, history of seizure
