Inclusion criteria: septic patients who have an increase serum creatinine >=0.3 mg/dL from their baseline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. eGFR < 15 ml/min/1.73m2 2. Pregnancy 3. Kidney transplantation
