Interventions

Intravenous dexmedetomidine infusion after induction of anesthesia. Dexmedetomidine 0.5 mcg/kg is intravenously loaded in 20 min&#44
then maintained at 0.4 mcg/kg/hour throughout the operation. The drug is clear fluid in 50 mL syringe labelled as "study drug". ,Normal saline in 50 mL syringe&#44

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective CPB&#45;facilitated open heart surgery 2. Age > 18 years old 3. eGFR < 60 mL/min but ≥ 30 mL/min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to any drugs in study 2. Previous surgery in thoracic cavity 3. Severe cardiac dysfunction (LVEF 35 kg/m2
