Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: buerger disease patients have Shionoya criteria and atherosclerosis was proved by angiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were age under 18 years; alcohol consumption; recent use of methotrexate, trimethoprim, phenytoin, carbamazepine, or theophylline; and underlying diseases such as malignancy, systemic diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and hypothyroidism. To minimize the possible interactions of confounding factors, vitamin B12, 1000 U/w, was intravenously administered to all of the participants one week prior to the study
