Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Vitrectomy patients that determined to fill vitreous cavity with gas 2) More than 18 years old age 3) Vitrectomy by local anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Head and neck problem for prone position 2) Psychological problem interfere with posiotioning 3) patients with hearing problem
