18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nulliparous GA at least 37 weeks Singleton pregnancy No obstetrics complication Cephalic presentation True labor pain with regular uterine contraction at least 3 times in 10 minutes with cervical progression Can communicate in Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstetrics complication ex. antepartum hemorrhage, abruption placentae, placenta previa, pregnancy induced hypertension Medical complication ex. hypertension, diabetes and other uncontrolled medical complication Underlying cause that effect smelling ex. nasal tumor or brain lesion with anosmia problem Complication from aromatherapy ex. nausea, vomiting or dizziness
