Horizontal Mattress technique,Bipolar coagulatiion technique
Every participant will be operated by laparoscopic cystectomy. In the horizontal mattress group,
the hemostatic procedure will be operaetd by suturing via "horizontal mattress technique" by Monocryl 2/0 (Not more than 3 stitches) at the ovarian surface.,Every participant will be operated by lapar
the hemostatic procedure will be operaetd by delicately coagulation at bleeding points. (Bipolar setting at 30 watts)

25 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female 25-40 years old Unilateral endometrioma 3-7 cm in diameters Unilateral endometrioma < 3 cm in diameters with infertility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous adnexal surgery Could not clearly differentiate from cancer Hormonal treatment within 1 month before surgery Defective endocrinology Pregnant Preoperative AMH less than 0.5 ng/mL
