Self-
help group (SHG) is defined as “Activities used for psoriasis patient self-
care ability development,
help group member discussion about their experiences and sharing their thoughts on their lives,
their feelings,
and their self-
care. The activities consist of 20 patients in experimental group. The activities will be conducted every 4 weeks for 4 sessions. Each time is about 1.5 hours. ,Instruction for psoriasis patient as pe
Bangkok using standard clinical practice guideline (CPG). The duration used for the instruction and instructor may be different among the patients. The patients may receive instruction by one-
one or group instruction,
depending on instructor at that time.â€

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who were eligible for inclusion in this study had to meet all of the following criteria: 1.Patient who was diagnosed as psoriasis and had erythematous plaque, covered with silvery scales. 2.A Male or female subject 3.Was 20 years of age or more at recruitment 4.Patient who was not a disability patient. 5.Patient who has hearing impairment, visual impairment, or unable to speak. 6. Patient was a fully conscious person who was able to read and write Thai. 7. Patient who had willingness to participate in this research by giving written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having phototherapy 2.Receiving Biologic drugs 3.Not willing to attend in the program until the end of the research.
