Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18- 80 y Outpatient who receive Enoxaparin 1 mg/kg twice daily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45;Patients who have mental disorder that affects the brain and perception. &#45;receiving the drug. anticoagulant and antiplatelet addition &#45;Creatinine clearance < 30 ml/mi&#44;Platelet ≤ 100&#44;000 /ul&#44;APTT ≤ 23 or ≥ 32 sec&#44; PT ≤ 11 or ≥ 14 sec &#45;pregnancy or breastfeeding &#45;cann&#39;t follow up
