18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I or II 2.Age ≥ 18 years old 3.Singleton baby 4.Term pregnancy (GA ≥ 37 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregestational or gestational hypertension 2. Cardiovascular disease 3. Cerebrovascular disease 4. Obstetric complications (eg. abruptio placenta , placenta previa) 5. Known abnormal fetus 6. History use of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or other drugs that prlong heart conduction 7. Other medications except spinal bupivacaine and spinalmorphine before baby delivery
