Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20 - 75 years, 1st TACE at 7A ward Chulabhorn Hospital , can understand and provide information video or handbook, no trouble hearing and good conscious, can self knowledge questionnaire 40 items, Willing to participate until study completed and Not illegible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cannot self knowledge questionnaire complete 3 times , Psychological / mental problems, The primary endpoint was self knowledge questionnaire 40 items
