20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 60 years 2. Admission for elective ENT surgery 3. Schedule for surgery in the next day 4. Physical and mental status allow for verbal communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transquilizer or sedative drug used during the prior one-month. 2. Diagnosed as psychiatric condition or dementia 3. Disturbing symptoms on hearing, i.e. hyperacusis 4. Critical illness required closed monitoring or procedure during the preoperative period. 5. Hearing problem 6. Dislike music or sleep disturbance with music
