Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients was diagnosed by doctors as respiratory tract infections. Oral intubation with mechanical ventilation at least 24 hours and a stable vital signs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Thoracic surgery within the past 24 hours, untreated pneumothorax, patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, severe acute head injury, patients who require mechanical ventilation with the pressure over 40 cmH2O FiO2 than 0.6 and PEEP than 10 cmH2O, hemodynamic unstable in 24 hours, taking the inotropes and vasopressors, patients have a history of preterm birth, patients with heart disease such as congenital heart or valvular heart disease, hemoptysis, severe bronchopleural fistula, fracture ribs, found subcutaneous emphysema, emphysema bullae and lung abscess
