Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with valvular heart disease whom coronary angiogram was performed as preoperative screening for coronary artery disease during 2005 to 2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous history of coronary artery disease (diagnosed from myocardial perfusion imaging or coronary angiogram)
